PART I | Assessment
The Talent x 7 Learning Agility Assessment™ is the primary tool used in this program. Developed by Dr. Kenneth De Meuse, formally Vice-President of Research & Product Development at TerconPartners. Organizations that have used the assessment include GE, Ford, Cisco, Honeywell, Siemens, Nokia, and the United Nations, as well as many small to mid-sized companies. In addition, the U.S. government’s Office of Management & Budget has approved it for developmental coaching in government agencies.
Part II | Classroom or Online Training
These sessions are highly interactive and case study based. Leaders learn effective strategies for:
- Leveraging current strengths
- Avoiding common career derailers
- Adopting behaviors that enhance Learning Agility
- Improving critical thinking skills
- Developing agile work teams/functional groups
Part III | Coaching Support
An Individual Development Plan is customized for each program participant. Both face-to-face and virtual coaching are made available to participants on an ongoing basis.
