Who We Are

Globally recognized Executive Leadership Consulting Experts, helping some of the world’s best-known companies deliver exceptional business results for the past 30 years.

Our Mission

As executive leadership consulting experts we work with you to ensure that an organization’s most valuable resources – it’s Leaders and Teams – are fully leveraged and deployed in ways that achieve and exceed desired business results.

Our Core Beliefs

Leaders

  1. We believe leaders must be community builders who communicate transparently about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
  2. We believe the best leaders set clear direction, offer feedback and coaching, and provide autonomy to get the work done.
  3. We believe great leaders hold difficult conversations rather than glossing over the difficult truths.

Teams

  1. We believe that beyond good chemistry, high-functioning teams must have a strong sense of purpose, communicate transparently, and commit to establishing and maintaining mutual trust.
  2. We believe high-functioning teams must recognize and resolve conflict before it becomes divisive and distracts from business priorities.
  3. We believe high-functioning teams must accept mutual accountability for results.

Culture

  1. We believe many leaders understand that culture is important, but don’t fully grasp how it impacts their business’ performance.
  2. We believe the quality of a company’s culture must be evaluated on two dimensions; the business results being achieved, and how people treat each other in the process.
  3. We believe an outside perspective is helpful in accurately assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a company’s culture.

Strategic Partnerships

  1. We believe successful strategic relationships benefit from  transparent communication between parties.
  2. We believe when both parties are open to “third way” options, value-expanding solutions to problems are more likely to be found.
  3. We believe healthy conflict in business relationships can add value when both parties are willing to search for mutually beneficial outcomes.
