Ron Served as a Senior HR Leader in a fortune 100 Company for over 20 years. In his last position. he served as HR Director, Global Finance Shared Services. In this role he leveraged his broad global HR experience in blending strategy with implementation. His experience included practical aspects of HR such as training and development, staffing and recruiting, employee relations, and talent assessment, as well as strategic aspects of HR including organizational design, organizational management, development and succession planning. Additional areas of experience included performance management, executive coaching, development of compensation and benefits packages, and improving retention and recognition programs. Ron was given responsibility for launching global shared service centers in Europe, Asia, North & South America. As a consequence, he had the opportunity to develop a unique knowledge of HR policies and employment law around the globe.
Currently, Ron leverages his 25 years of corporate HR experience to bring practical solutions to organizations of all sizes so that they can achieve their business goals more efficiently and effectively. For TerconPartners’ clients, Ron provides expertise in organizational design and re-structuring, and in the development of staffing strategies including job design and expertise in defining critical knowledge, skills and abilities for relevant staff positions. For clients where there is an existing HR organization, Ron partners with internal resources to build up the capacity and effectiveness of the HR Leadership Team.
