A recent global survey conducted by the Institute for Corporate Productivity compared high performing organizations with lower performers by inquiring about four critical factors associated with High Performance:
1. Revenue Growth
2. Market Share
4. Customer Satisfaction
Survey results indicated that in HPO’s, as measured by the four factors above, the following conditions existed across the board:
- Leaders were clear, fair, and talent-oriented, and employee engagement was high
- Innovation and the ability to respond with agility were valued
- Performance measures were clear and people received job-appropriate skill development, including Teaming Skills and Collaboration training.
- The high performers in the study were more likely than the others to adhere to high ethical standards.
